Our Team

Wesley and ColleenWesley & Colleen Crawford

Farmers in training, estate liquidators, musicians, and entrepreneurs.  Like two peas in a pod, they prefer being together.

They have learned that reaching a destination is not necessarily the treasure.  It’s the journey where the treasures are discovered, and the destination won’t be fulfilled until YHWH sends His son, Yeshua.   Until then, the pursuit of happiness is more like turning the next chapter and seeing what happens next.

Diana Dougherty aka “Mommy Jean”

Mommy Jean

Mother of 7, musician, gardener,  artist, and a strong woman who loves the Lord with all her heart.

If anyone can figure how to get things done, it’s Mommy Jean.  She can fix the plumbing, rig something electrical, raise chickens, grow fruits and veggies, plan for the future, and she should have been a weather announcer.

She is a bird parent to five exotic parrots!  Sampson, Aurora, Spunky, Sugar and Jasmine.  She has a very bashful rescue dog named Shilo.

Mommy Jean sings, plays guitar and harmonica!

You’ll see around the homesteads and at estate sales helping out.  She’s also a guest blogger and will feature her birds and exotic pets gardening topics.

Matthew is primarily in charge of landscaping but he can fix small engines, weld, and is learning about the care of koi ponds.  He’s also pretty good at herding the ducks and charming the bees.

He’s a hard worker and tackles a yard like it’s a puzzle to be conquered.  His favorite design theme is Aztec and he’s good at designing projects and coming up with solutions to problems around the homesteads.

He is learning how to play the guitar and perhaps he and Wesley will be jamming on a video some day.

Samantha is primarily in charge of animal care and research.  She makes sure the team has supplies, is organized and keeps us on track with schedules.  She and Mathew have two boys and are expecting their third child!  The kids love to feed the fish and romp around the homestead.
